Flare stack
Explosion-proof (ATEX / IECEx) medium-intensity obstruction lights on platforms below the flare tip, with a controller in the safe area and lamp-failure alarms to the DCS.
Chimney
ICAO obstruction lights placed below the top to limit soot and heat, arranged around the circumference so the chimney is visible from every direction.
Weather mast
A 10 m automatic weather station measuring wind speed and direction, temperature, humidity and pressure, feeding H2S emergency response and gas dispersion models.
Fence-line
Air quality and gas monitoring points along the plant boundary, with open-path beams for H2S, methane and VOC and solar-powered stations between them.
Helipad
Rooftop helipad perimeter lights, an illuminated windsock and a heliport beacon, with wind and pressure data for helicopter operations.
Telecom tower
Top beacon and intermediate L-810 / L-864 / L-865 lights, photocell, flash controller and GSM/4G lamp-failure alarm, with solar power for remote towers.
Emission stack
Continuous emission monitoring (CEMS): sample probe, heated line, analyzer shelter and DAHS reporting NOx, SO2, CO, O2 and dust to the regulator.
Port berth
Crane boom and apex obstruction lights, a quay weather station for wind gusts during crane operations, and a water-quality buoy at the berth.
Remote oilfield
A solar-powered wellpad station with fixed H2S detection, wind measurement and 4G or satellite telemetry for unmanned sites.
